For RSYS’s second wine dinner of the year, our Club is proud to host Will Shields, head winemaker of Sevenhill Cellars.

Sevenhill is one of the most historical wineries from the Clare Valley, SA its roots starting from 1851 with the Jesuit Brothers. After iconic Brother John May’s passing in 2021, Will and company have been striving to continue his legacy to produce amazing wines from the Clare.

Matched to a four-course menu, members will be trying various styles of Sevenhill; from the estate pinot gris to the St Francis Xavier Reserve Riesling and of course the Brother John May Shiraz.

Date: Wednesday 21 June
Time: 6pm for 6:30pm sitdown.
Venue: Carabella Room
Cost: $180 per head. Four courses with 10 wines from the Sevenhill range. (Canape, 2x Entrée, Main & Cheese).
