The countdown is officially on for the 2023 Ladies of the Sea Coaching Regatta held over the long weekend, from 29 September to 1 October at RSYS. In just ten days, we will kick off a weekend of training and racing with an all-star lineup of world-class coaches. 

Joining us will be Nickie Jones, Lisa Blair, Kathy Veel, Bridget Cunham, Lindy Hardcastle, Peta Norris, Nic Douglass, Marike Koppenol, Kirsten Kosmala (OLY), Julie Clarke, Annabelle Connery and Claudia Thackray. A full itinerary of social events promises to keep the excitement going when sailors return to shore, with a welcome evening, waterfront pilates, afternoon drinks, and presentation dinner (with an amazing collection prizes available for participants) set to entertain sailors.




The event was devised to place an emphasis on nurturing both the sailors and volunteers involved and to provide a safe and welcoming platform for participants to enhance their capabilities, build confidence and develop skills on the water.
