Yacht Repair Services
The RSYS yacht service facilities are fully EPA approved and include:
- Travel lift with 18 tonne capacity (Up to 50’ LOA and 15’ beam)
- An assortment of yard cradle configurations to suit most vessels
- 2 x 360 degree jib cranes with 2.5 tonne lifting capacity
- Mast lifting crane (75kg capacity)
- Fuel – Diesel & premium unleaded petrol
- Pump out facilities
The services we provide include:
- Quick slips (pre-purchase inspections & waterblast/wet rub)
- Antifouling - roll, brush or spray application
- Topsides polishing
- Prop speed application and anode replacement

- Check all fittings for corrosion, leaks or damage
- Test seacocks for smooth operation
- Inspect hose clamps (at seacocks only)
Hull
- Inspect for cracks, blistering or osmosis in the hull
- Check antifouling condition
Rudder and Steering System
- Verify the rudder is secure and free from damage
- Inspect hydraulic lines/ quadrant/ mechanical connections for wear
Keel
- External examination for any damage or signs of impact
- Inspect the keel joint for separation or wear
- Inspect and report on condition

- Do-it-yourself (DIY) is not permitted in the RSYS boatyard
- All contractors must register on site and be inducted prior to commencing work
- Boat owners must register in the Waterfront office when coming on site
