Back by popular demand, Daniel Airoldi from Airoldi Fine Wine will reacquaint you with the region’s red, white and dessert wines.

Following the class, we will enjoy a themed two course set menu in the Carabella Romm comprising:

Molasses Cured Tasmanian Ocean Trout, Pickled Cauliflower, Celery & Salmon Roe Dressing

Slow Roasted Lamb Rump, Braised du puy Lentils, Roasted Celeriac, Kale Leaves, Herb oil, Sage Jus
